Building a home during a pandemic, saying it was challenging would be a understatement. Although Bethel Builders faced delays, they did not give up. In fact they built our dream home beyond our expectations. I would like to thank Makenna who helped us pick a floor plan that fit us and got the ball rolling on the process. I also would like to thank Kenny our project manager, and his crew for a wonderful job building our dream home. There are many things about this house that is beautifully constructed just right for us.

My experience with Bethel Builders was nothing short of amazing. I’m a first time homeowner and the process can be intense but Tina reassured me through the whole process that everything would be okay. Tina became more of family through the process. Also, I had a wonderful Site Manager Jeff. He was very professional and punctual. He was very straightforward with me and tried his best to accommodate my request. Towards the end of everything I had the pleasure of having Lanita Seay assist me. She stepped right in and made sure that all my warranty paperwork was completed. It was such a pleasure of having Bethel Builders build my home. I have received so many compliments on my home. My home is actually on display in the gallery. The pictures really doesn’t do any justice. Thank you Bethel Builders for all your help. Lori truly blessed me with such a great company and staff to build my home.

I am happy to say that this is our home and we are pleased with the work that Bethel Builders did for us. I was not able to watch the progress on a daily basis, but Shay, Makenna, and Jeff kept us posted about progress and when decisions needed to be made, they involved us right away. It was Jeff’s suggestion that we add the concrete patio in the back and it was a great idea. I did visit on lots of weekends, and the foundation, framing, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, flooring was always done exactly as I had hoped. Other builders wanted more money to build what we wanted, even some modular builders. We decided to go with Bethel Builders and I am glad that we did. We are thankful for lots of small extras that we didn’t expect, including the garage was finished much more completely than we expected. We didn’t intend to post any remarks, but it seemed only right that we honor Bethel, the people and the great work that they did for us at the price that we agreed to. Thank you Bethel Builders!
