What does your base price include?

The base price includes the house built on your lot on a conditioned crawl space and is move-in-ready! You will have a choice of 8 different paint colors, 5 standard cabinets to choose from, 4 options of granite, and several carpet and vinyl flooring options. We also include stainless steel Samsung appliances which includes an electric smooth top range, dishwasher, and a microwave range hood. 

What is not included?

Lot development is not included in the base price.  Each lot is different and a site visit will be required to determine the costs of lot clearing, driveway and hook ups for water and sewage.

Where do you build?

We currently build in the following counties:  Albemarle, Buckingham, Caroline, Chesterfield, Cumberland, Culpeper, Essex, Fluvanna, Goochland, Greene, Hanover, Henrico, King George, Lancaster, Louisa, Nelson, Northumberland, Orange, Powhatan, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Westmoreland.

What is a perc (percolation) test?

A perc (percolation) test is performed on lots that do not have access to public sewer.  This test determines the suitability for a septic system.  The type of septic system is determined by the condition of the soil and it’s ability to absorb water.

Who does a perc (percolation) test?

A perc test can be performed by the environmental health department located in your county OR by a certified soil scientist.  Bethel Builders will be happy to assist you in having a perc test performed on your lot.

Will you build plans other than those shown on your website?

Yes!  Bethel Builders is happy to review plans that you own and quote a total building price.
