Drywall – Glued and screwed to the studs

Floors prepped – regardless of floor finish your subfloor will be sanded and screwed to eliminate floor squeaks

Microwave range hood – why should you have to pay additional for something that everybody needs nowadays??

Satin Nickel light fixtures – An upgrade for many other builders
